These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern your access to and use of droppingnames.com and its related features (the Site), operated by Dropping Names, LLC (referred to as we, us, or our). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access areas or data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the operation or security of the Site, scraping or harvesting data, submitting spam, or using automated means to overload our systems. Some activities on the Site, such as entering a contest, may have a minimum age requirement, which is stated where it applies.
Newsletter and Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Contests
Contests offered on the Site are governed by their own rules in addition to these Terms. For the Season 2 Logo Contest, please review the Official Contest Rules. If the rules and these Terms conflict with respect to a contest, the rules control for that contest.
Your Submissions
When you submit content to the Site, such as contest artwork, an application, or a message, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. You are responsible for the content you submit. Except as stated in a specific contest rules or elsewhere, you retain ownership of your submissions, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and reproduce your submission as needed to operate and promote the Site and the show, with credit where practical. We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as podcast platforms and a merchandise store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
